Terms of Use Loveet

  1. Acceptance of Terms of Use.
    By creating a Loveet account you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
    Loveet can make changes in this Agreement. If you continue to use the Service after the changes, then you agree to the revised Agreement.
  2. Eligibility.
    To create an account on Loveet and use the Service you must be at least 18 years of age.
  3. Responsibility.
    You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials in privacy, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under those login credentials.
  4. Modifying the Service and Termination.
    Loveet reserves the right to change, add, or remove certain product features. Loveet may also suspend, discontinue, or permanently shut down the Service or any part of it at any time, without prior notice. In such cases, users shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund, or damages of any kind, regardless of the reason for termination.
  5. Responsibility by using the Service.
    Loveet is not responsible for the behavior of users while using the Service.
    Users are solely responsible for the content they publish and for their interactions with other users.
  6. Rights Loveet Grants You.
    Loveet grants you a worldwide, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service. By creating an account, you agree:
    • Using the account for commercial purposes is allowed only with prior written consent.
    • Reproducing, modifying, or publishing any copyrighted materials, images, service marks, trademarks, or intellectual property not owned by you is allowed only with prior written consent.
    • Using the Service in any way that could negatively affect the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service is prohibited.
    • Any activity that violates this Agreement is prohibited.
  7. Rights You Grant Loveet.
    By creating an account, you grant Loveet a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to store, use, reproduce, edit, display, publish, distribute, and modify any information you authorize us to access, upload, or post on the Service.
    You agree that all information you provide upon account creation is accurate and truthful, and that you have the right to publish such content.
    You agree that we may monitor and review any content you post as part of the Service. We may delete content in whole or in part if, in our sole judgment, it harms the reputation of the Service or violates this Agreement.
    We reserve the right to terminate your account in case of violation of this Agreement, damage to the Service’s reputation, abuse of the Service, or illegal or inappropriate behavior, including communication within or outside the Service.
  8. Community Rules.
    By using the Service, you agree that you will not:
    • Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or prohibited purposes under this Agreement.
    • Use the Service under a false identity.
    • Harass, intimidate, bully, mistreat, or defame any person.
    • Post content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, contains nudity, incites violence, promotes racism, or violates the rights of others.
    • Solicit personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users, or share personal information of other users without their consent.
    • Maintain more than one account, use another user’s account, or share your account with another user.
  9. Digital Safety and Conduct.
    You agree not to:
    • Create or distribute misleading content, including false information about yourself.
    • Pressure other users after they decline contact.
    • Use the platform for advertising, spam, or commercial offers without permission.
    • Use technical tools for automated data collection or to bypass security measures.
    • Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
    • Attempt to bypass technical restrictions or gain unauthorized access to accounts, databases, or the Service infrastructure.
    In case of rule violations, Loveet reserves the right to temporarily block or permanently terminate the user account.
  10. Photo Usage Rules.
    To ensure trust and safety, the following rules apply:
    • Allowed photos:
      • Current photo of the user with a clearly visible face.
      • Photo without distracting elements, filters, or excessive retouching.
      • Photo without other people to ensure clear identification.
      • Photo in appropriate clothing, without sexual undertones.
    • Prohibited photos:
      • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or erotic content.
      • Photos of children, celebrities, AI-generated portraits, or images not owned by the user.
      • Photos containing alcohol, drugs, weapons, or offensive content.
      • Photos with text, advertisements, QR codes, contact details, or links to other websites.
      • Photos with hateful, political, or discriminatory content.
      • Photos that do not depict the user (e.g., cars, flowers, food, animals, nature, interiors).
    Loveet reserves the right to remove inappropriate photos and may delete the user account without prior notice.
  11. Disclaimers.
    To the extent permitted by applicable law, Loveet makes no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of satisfactory quality or merchantability. Loveet does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that errors will be corrected; or that any content or information obtained through the Service will be accurate. Loveet is not responsible for any content posted, sent, or received by users. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Service is accessed at your own risk.
  12. Indemnity by You.
    You agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loveet from any and all complaints, claims, demands, losses, costs, liabilities, damages, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of this Agreement.
